COOK COUNTY, IL -- Authorities were dispatched to a crash Monday evening that blocked a section of eastbound Route 19 in Bensenville, according to TTWN Chicago

The accident impacted the eastbound lanes of IL-19 (Irving Park Road) between South Access Road and Taft Avenue, just south of O'Hare International Airport. It was first recorded by TTWN at 8:30 p.m.

At this time, no information indicating the cause or nature of the wreck has been made available, but a span of eastbound IL-19 was closed in the immediate aftermath.
