CHICAGO, IL - A two-vehicle crash in the Englewood area sent a woman and three juveniles to the hospital on Thursday afternoon.

According to a report from the Chicago Sun Times, the collision occurred at the intersection of West Marquette Road and South Lafayette Ave.

Police say a hatchback was heading west when she failed to yield to an eastbound vehicle while turning onto South Lafayette Ave. The vehicles collided, sending the woman's hatchback into a traffic pole. 

An unidentified 37-year-old woman who was a passenger in the hatchback was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center in fair condition. The three passengers, ages 6, 9, and 13, were taken to Comer Children’s Hospital in good condition. 

The drivers of both vehicles were unhurt.
