CHICAGO, IL - A multi-vehicle crash involving a CTA bus on the West Side left at least seven people injured on Tuesday morning. 

According to a report by WLS, the bus collided with a car near the intersection of Madison Street and Cicero Avenue sometime before 4 a.m.

In total, seven people suffered injuries in the crash. Five of whom where rushed to area hospitals in critical condition. The other two were confirmed to be in good condition.
