CHICAGO, IL - Five people, including two juveniles, were injured when a multi-vehicle crash caused a vehicle to crash into a building in the Back of the Yards neighborhood on Tuesday night, according to WLS.

The collision occurred on South Ashland Avenue near the intersection with West 46thStreet at about 8:10 p.m.

Investigators say an eastbound SUV ran through a traffic light and collided with a southbound van. The impact caused the van to go over the curb and crash through the front of a nearby business.

The SUV's driver, a 47-year-old man, was transported to St. Bernard Hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the van, a 56-year-old woman, and her three passenger, including two juveniles, were also hospitalized with minor injuries.
